Full Service Wedding | $2,650

We believe in a flat rate pricing structure that isn’t based purely on performance time. The intent is to create a surprise-free structure that provides you with everything you need for a fabulous celebration!

Our full service wedding package includes:

Reception DJ & MC Service

• Experienced MC making announcements professionally, but not turning into a “chatty DJ” trying to take over your event or talk over every song.
  
• Music is expertly mixed together using a club style of mixing, but with wedding friendly music, to keep energy high on the dance floor.

• Wireless microphone to be used for Welcome/Blessing/Toasts are included.

• Includes our full room surround process utilizing Bose Professional speakers, if needed, to ensure that volume throughout your wedding is never too loud or too soft anywhere in the space.

• All necessary planning consultations either in-person, or via Zoom/Facetime/Google Hangout to discuss details of timeline and music preparation.

• Setup, breakdown and travel are included in our base price for local* weddings.

Ceremony Support

• Over the ear or lapel microphones for your officiant, and a handheld microphone for readings make sure that your guests can hear the entire ceremony.
  
• We typically provide music from a prelude before guests arrive through the recessional. In situations where you are hiring musicians, we can also accommodate support for musical accompaniment.
  
• We can also provide an audio line from our microphones to your videography team if you are working with one.
  
• Our ceremony speakers are designed to be small without sacrificing audio quality so that we can make sure your ceremony aesthetic is beautiful. You shouldn’t see our equipment in your photos!

• Where necessary, we can offer a battery powered option for locations that have no access to power.

Cocktail Services

• We are happy to support setting the mood during your cocktail hour whether that takes place in your primary reception space, or on a secondary area of your property.

• Cocktail music will set the stage for your reception, but always be played at an appropriate volume so that guests can hold conversations comfortably

Additional Options (not included)

Lighting can be added to your package after securing a DJ if you aren’t sure whether it is appropriate for your wedding yet.

*Travel fees are charged for events beyond 50 miles of our locations near Washington, DC or Newport News, Virginia.
