As wedding season for 2017 starts to wind down, we finally get to reflect on some of the wonderful weddings that we have gotten to be a part of this year and share them. It was our first visit to the Stoneleigh Golf Club in Round Hill, Virginia, but I’m sure it won’t be our last.

Sarah and Brad were a dream couple for us to work with, and their wedding was an absolute blast!  Their guests responded to everything from oldies to the hottest song of the fall (Despacito, of course).  And some of the throwbacks like Sandstorm got a huge reaction.  All in all, it was a truly spectacular night, and we couldn’t have had more fun with this group!

We were thrilled to work with the team from Lauren Louise Photography for this wedding, and we love that we can share some of the wonderful photos from their event with you!

During the ceremony, Bela Sono provided microphones for both officiants as well as a microphone for readings.  It was the first wedding ceremony that Stoneleigh had ever hosted in their barn, and it was a beautiful setting for Sarah and Brad to tie the knot.  From there, guests transitioned to a cocktail reception on the lawn, before the tented reception began.

Sarah and Brad wanted a really elegant lighting solution, so we up-lit the tent using a crisp white.  The effect was stunning and provided a really beautiful setting for their celebration.   The soft draping in the tent picked up the light and created the perfect ambiance for a fun night of dancing.

As a wedding DJ, these are the events that we truly love.  Guest that are open to different styles of music, want to party together, and pack the dance floor all night.  Thank you to Sarah and Brad for allowing us to play our part in their celebration!
