Bela Sono was thrilled to provide wedding DJ and lighting services for Ryan and Sinead’s wedding at the Bluemont Vineyard in Bluemont, Virginia.  While many venues in Loudoun county offer great views, Bluemont Winery really has an exceptional landscape.  It was the perfect setting for Ryan and Sinead to bring their families together for an amazing celebration.

Ryan and Sinead’s ceremony was off-site, so the Bela Sono team got started with cocktail hour which was hosted outside on the patio overlooking the Virginia countryside.  We used our wireless Bose speakers to provide a consistent sound experience from inside to outside.  And also to make sure that guests were able to hear announcements as needed before the formal reception began.  Indoors we used additional Bose speakers to to completely cover the unusual shape of the Bluemont Winery ballroom so that guests in the back would be able to hear the blessings and toasts without any issues.

Sinead’s family is Irish, and wanted to provide a surprise for the bride and groom.  They contacted Bela Sono prior to the reception to coordinate for the maximum impact, but to not be disruptive to the rest of the timeline that was being developed.  The family ended up bringing in four dancers from the Boyle School or Irish Dance that presented a three song performance that absolutely wowed the crowd.  You can see a short clip of the dancers in our highlights video on YouTube.  Ryan and Sinead were totally surprised by the performance, and absolutely loved it!

This crowd really loved to dance.  From Motown to Top 40, they were a wedding DJ’s dream and got down to all of it.  The Irish tunes that we also sprinkled in were huge hits, and were clearly appreciated by the family that had travelled a very long way to join the fun.
